Every year around 30% of the total titles produced are wasted. These ceramic tile wastes which dumped in landfills pollute the soil, air, and freshwater. Production of these tiles are being supported by the growth in tile consumption at a CAGR 5% in India and 31% in Exports closing the gap of China. And the usage of Large tile slabs to replace marble is further boosting the sales and growth. RESULT : MORE WASTE
The Campaign
Today tiles have become an integral part of our life. It is not only a construction ingredient but also a style statement. While renovating our place, we put in a lot of thought to pick the perfect design, type and size of tile. However, in this process, the old tiles are left somewhere behind, broken into several pieces. But broken doesn’t always mean waste. This is why we are coming up with an exciting campaign : It’s broken not waste. We Executed this National Tiles Day is celebrated on 23rd Feb every year and we could not
have asked for a better occasion to celebrate the timelessness of tiles.
