Motion Designer
Grapes Worldwide is an AI-powered creative and media agency. We blend strategy, creativity and data to help brands break boundaries and reach new heights, across creative, tech, SEO and media, from the first spark of an idea to full-scale execution. Anyone can dabble with tools. Geniuses connect them into a unified ecosystem, and get an unfair amount of work done. That’s the studio we’re building.
About the role
You’ll design the movement of the studio’s work: films, brand systems, social edits and the moments that make a still idea feel alive. Craft and AI sit in the same timeline.
This is a full-time, hybrid role based at our Gurugram studio.
What you will do
- Design and animate films, idents, social cuts and campaign systems from a written idea to a finished picture.
- Build motion languages that stay consistent across formats, then break them when the idea needs it.
- Art-direct AI motion tools, then finish the work by hand so it doesn’t look generated.
- Partner with art directors, editors and developers so motion survives the handoff.
Skills & experience
- A reel that shows idea, timing and finish, not just software.
- Strong in After Effects, Cinema 4D or a comparable 3D tool, and the Adobe suite.
- Comfort directing AI video tools and knowing when to throw the output away.
- Clear taste, and the habit of explaining a timing choice.
