
Problem
For a business house rooted in legacy yet driven by innovation, creating something meaningfully unique came with its own challenges. While the idea of leveraging the rising interest in Web 3.0 through an NFT set the vision, execution demanded more. Translating decades of archival imagery into a single non-fungible artwork wasn’t supported by existing tools, especially when the goal was to form intricate portrait compositions. This led us to develop a purpose-built in-house tool, allowing us to seamlessly assemble the artwork and integrate the signature—resulting in an outcome that went beyond our original ambition.
Solution
A Dream in a Million Metaphors": An experiential microsite and NFT collection that tells the Group's story. We leveraged Web 3.0 and Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) to create digital collectables. That was created using a mosaic formed by 93 curated images, each representing a significant moment in DS Group's history, from its humble beginnings in Chandni Chowk to its current multi-business presence, positioning the Founders' Day as a "Non-Fungible Tribute" to the founders' vision and entrepreneurial spirit.

On our 93rd Founders’ Day, we wanted to create a memento of our Founders in honour of what they have built. A truly Non-Fungible Tribute to their legacy, and that is how we conceptualised this idea.

The Results
The Founders’ Day website successfully created a central digital destination to celebrate DS Group’s legacy. It strengthened internal engagement, unified storytelling across teams, and delivered a dignified, premium experience aligned with the brand’s stature. The platform enabled DS Group to extend the spirit of Founders’ Day beyond a single event—transforming it into a lasting digital narrative.
